Return and Exchange
1.Femine by luxidor does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ for any of products.
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.

At Femine by Luxidor, we pride ourselves on delivering high-end nail services and luxury beauty experiences. Due to the nature of our business and the personalized nature of our services and products, we maintain a strict No Exchange, No Return, and No Money Back policy.
Please read our policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. No Exchanges
- All services and products provided by Femine by Luxidor are considered final sale.
- We do not offer any exchange options for products purchased online, in-store, or services rendered in our studio or via house calls.
- Once a product leaves our premises or a service has been completed, it cannot be exchanged for any reason, including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Preference of another color/design
- Incompatibility with your personal style or expectations
- Gifted items or third-party purchases
2. No Returns
- We maintain a strict no-return policy across all categories:
- Nail services (e.g., gel polish, acrylic extensions, nail art)
- Beauty add-ons (e.g., cuticle oils, press-ons, aftercare kits)
- Custom-made or pre-order items (e.g., personalized press-ons, limited edition products)
- Due to hygiene, safety, and customization concerns, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. No Refunds / No Money Back Guarantee
- Femine by Luxidor does not issue refunds for any reason, including:
- Dissatisfaction with service outcome
- Perceived delay or timing issues
- Reactions to products used (please notify us of allergies prior to service)
- Changes in availability or scheduling conflicts
- External factors (e.g., chipped nails due to customer misuse, breakage post-appointment, etc.)
- Deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. If you miss an appointment or cancel outside of the allowed window (see our Booking Policy), your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Quality Assurance
While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we are committed to delivering high-quality service:
- If you experience an issue with a service within 48 hours, such as lifting or technical fault directly related to application, please contact us immediately.
- At our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy fix, if we determine the issue was a result of our application and not misuse.
5. Client Responsibility
- It is the responsibility of the client to:
- Clearly communicate preferences during the consultation
- Choose their design, shape, length, and style before application begins
- Disclose any allergies or sensitivities in advance
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided post-service
6.Sale, Promotion & Limited Edition Items
- Items purchased during a promotion, discount event, flash sale, or seasonal drop are considered final sale.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted for these products.
